Sophie RyanI have a 5yr old stallion by for play, I was researching my stallion's bloodlines and i came across your website. Hope you do not mind me contacting you but i thought you may be interested to see how for play's offspring are getting on. He is jumping 1:10m courses and i do a little bit of dressage, his temperament is great, does for play have a good temperament? and what is he doing competition wise? Kind regards, Sophie Ryan

Thank you to Stepping Stones Farm for the opportunity to breed to their Elite Stallion, "For Play." As a professional trainer, coach, and rider, the quality of the horses in my barn has become more and more important in my ever growing equine business. I have found that a well bred horse for sport makes my job as a trainer easier, and my clients happier! I am excited to be using my "For Play" breeding on my homebred Hanoverian mare, whose "D" and "T" lines are sure to cross exceptionally well with "For Plays'" impressive bloodlines. I am expecting a high quality jumper or dressage prospect. As a trainer, the best of my foals are retained for my personal use, and I expect nothing less from this exciting cross. Thank you again to Stepping Stones Farm for opportunity!

Vicki HewlettI hope to use For Play for our next foal as well. I couldn’t be happier, or prouder of our results. For Play is wonderful; especially as a sire.

Lauren R GibbsHere are some pictures of For Play baby. Her barn name is Pepper. I think her show name will be Reddy to Play. Her mom's name is Red Beans and Rice. I call her Reddy. She is an Irish Sport Horse that I competed through Preliminary in eventing. Pepper is perfect and full of attitude. She has a fire in her eyes that I know will make her a winner!

On your web site you invited people to send pictures of their For Play foals, so here are some pictures of our colt out of Heaven Sent Thee (Bay TB mare). His name is For Heaven's Sake, he is about four months old in the photos. We are very pleased with how he is growing and turning out. He is already jumping poles on the ground and cross rails without any encouragement, he is very brave and has great movement, thanks to your stallion For Play.

Having been riding at Stepping Stones Farms for 7 months now, I can honestly say it's the best place on earth! SSF isn't only filled with an amazing group of talented horses but also some of my best friends. Dacia, her staff and students are all so welcoming, kind and fun to be around. It makes it hard to leave the barn everyday. When I started at SSF, it was my goal to move away from the hunter ring and into the jumpers, without Dacia's coaching and help, I would not have been able to accomplish such a goal. Dacia is not only my friend, mentor and coach, but she's also my role model who has taught me so much inside and out of the show ring. There aren't enough words to describe how thankful and appreciative I am of calling Dacia my trainer and of being part of Stepping Stone Farms.

I've never been somewhere so positive nor so committed to their students and their horses. The entire team works together and you can really feel their passion for what they do. It makes you never want to leave the barn!
