Our Representative, Helene, is THE BEST person I have ever worked with for all my leather equipment. She has a very good eye for balance, movement and style and fits my horses and riders accordingly. Within the Stepping Stone Program nutrition is very important to us. One of the Products we feed is Chaffhaye.

Most simply explained Chaffhaye is most like a European Silage a fermented hay product. We love the product and use it in the place of beet pulp to bind supplements and add weight to our horses without adding excess energy. The thing we love most is that it is always the same. The nutrition and quality is always the same which is not something you can ever say about a traditional hay product. It can even be stored out in the weather for up to 2 years because it is in vacuum sealed recycled packaging that preserves it. With my hay prices at one point costing me $26 a bale for Orchard because of my desire for quality and lack of storage area Chaffhaye was a huge find minimizing my standard hay usage and making up for the deficiencies baled hay has.

The product is really pasture in a bag with the moisture content and palatability but better because of the quality control.
